REFUND POLICY

If your ceramic piece arrives damaged, please email us at kovalska.ceramics@gmail.com with photos of both the damaged item and its packaging. We will review each case individually and offer either a replacement or a refund based on the situation.

Please note that as our ceramics are handcrafted and limited edition, we do not offer refunds for changes in preference. We appreciate your understanding and support of our artisanal work.
